WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You should have received a confirmation email when you placed your order, and a follow-up email with a tracking link once your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link to view the real-time shipping details.
If you haven’t received your tracking email or it’s been more than 3 days since placing your order, please check your spam folder. If the email is still missing, reach out to us at support@dyesnap.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Too big? Too small? Color not quite right? No problem! We’ve made our exchange policy as easy as possible. Within 90 days of your order date, you can exchange any item for a different size, color, or style.
Just email us at support@dyesnap.com with your order number, email address or name on the order, and the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. We’ll process your exchange and get your new item shipped out as quickly as we can.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received a damaged item! If you receive any of the following, we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund within 40 days of receipt:
- Incorrect item(s)
- Damaged or defective product(s)
- Printing or design mistakes
- Missing item(s)
- Orders marked as delivered but not received
Please reach out to us at support@dyesnap.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll make sure to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and get a replacement sent out to you.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you’re not fully satisfied with an item, we’re here to help! You have 90 days from the date of your order to contact us about returns. Email us at support@dyesnap.com for assistance.
Please note, unless the item was damaged during our process, we do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse for return shipping costs. You’re welcome to ship the return back to us by any method of your choice at the following address:

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER IF IT HASN’T SHIPPED YET?
Ordered the wrong size, color, or shipping address? If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can update your shipping details, size, or color by clicking the link in your electronic receipt. Please note that we cannot add or remove items once the order has been processed. If your order has already been shipped, no worries! You can still exchange the item following our easy exchange policy.
